Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind please follow our returns policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost for returns, this will be down to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will need to fill out and include the returns form provided in your parcel. Any missing information may result in a delay in your refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.

Please note : the item is your responsibility until it has been returned to the sender, so please keep any returns receipts as proof for your own record.

Please note, earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your items and your return is accepted, your refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

Please note that we only credit the original purchasers card and will not be able to issue a refund to any alternative account.

You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.
